Apply for a DSA Crown copyright licence
DSA aims to respond to all licence applications within ten working days.
Complete the Crown copyright licence application form and send it to:
Driving Standards Agency
Intellectual Property Department
The Axis Building
112 Upper Parliament Street
Nottingham
NG1 6LP
Alternatively you can email it to:
Your licence application will be considered by the intellectual property manager and a draft licence will be drawn up for signing.
Two copies will be signed by you as the licensee, and countersigned by the intellectual property manager, each party retaining a copy.
You will then be known as a ‘licensee’ and licensed to reproduce Crown copyright material.
