Consultation on proposals for changes to VOSA fees in Great Britain for statutory periodic and certain other tests and operator licensing for HGVs (heavy goods vehicles) and PSVs (public service vehicles e.g. buses and coaches used for hire or reward); and charges for voluntary checks.
Consultation also includes fees for Reduced Pollution Certificates (RPC) charged by VOSA in Great Britain and by the Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA) in Northern Ireland.
