Summary:	Consultation on the proposed changes to the charging regime at the Dartford-Thurrock River Crossing. The Government is proposing to implement these changes through an Order under sections 167, 168, 171 and 172(2) of the Transport Act 2000, which will replace the existing charging regime at the Dartford-Thurrock River Crossing.
