Final Regulatory Impact Assessments

A Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) is a tool which informs policy decisions. It is an assessment of the impact of policy options in terms of the costs, benefits and risks of a proposal. This section lists DfT RIAs.


Cross-Government consultation

On 14 May 2008 the Government published the Draft Legislative Programme for 2008-09. A public consultation on the programme concluded on 6 August 2008.
