• Transport Business Case
  The Department is committed to being open and transparent. The following pages set out how the Department assesses the business case for major investments and interventions, and supports ministers when they make decisions about them.
• Value for money assessments

• Motoring and Freight Services Group Corporate Governance Framework
  This document sets out the governance arrangements for the Motoring and Freight Services Group and is designed to replace individual agency framework documents. It describes the legislative framework under which the agencies operate and the relationship between the agencies and the central department.
• Energy use
  The Department publishes, in real-time, the energy used in its headquarters building. Raw energy consumption data for the headquarters building is also compiled once every 24 hours and is provided in a format that can be reused.
• Business expenses and hospitality for senior officials
  In line with Cabinet Office guidance, the Department publishes the business expenses of and hospitality received by its most senior officials (the Permanent Secretary, Directors General and non-executive members of the Departmental Board). This is updated every quarter.
