The Department’s London offices are all reachable from the mainline stations. The easiest, quickest route from those not within walking distance of the Department’s offices is via the London Underground (PDF – 213 KB)

Cannon Street
- Circle or District line (westbound) to St James’s Park
Charing Cross
- You can walk or take a bus from this station to the Department’s offices. Consider getting off your train at Waterloo East and catching the bus or walking to our offices from Waterloo.
Euston
- Victoria line (southbound) to Victoria (for Southside and 55 Victoria Street or Pimlico (for Great Minster House)
Fenchurch Street
- Short walk (2-5 minutes) to Tower Hill station: Circle or District line (westbound) to St James’s Park
King’s Cross/St Pancras International
- Victoria line southbound) to Victoria (for Southside and 55 Victoria Street or Pimlico (for Great Minster House)
Liverpool Street
- Circle (westbound) to St James’s Park
London Bridge
- Jubilee (westbound) to Westminster
Marylebone
- Bakerloo (southbound) to Waterloo
Paddington
- Bakerloo (southbound) to Waterloo
Victoria
- You can walk or take a bus from this station to the Department.
Waterloo
- You can walk or take a bus from this station to the Department. If your train stops at Vauxhall, you might also consider getting off there and walking or taking a bus to our offices.
