Making a complaint to the Department for Transport
The executive agencies and the central Department each have their own complaints procedures, so it is important that you address your complaint to the right place. Only when you have exhausted the relevant complaints procedure will you be able, if you are still not happy with the response you have received, to make a complaint to the Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman.
