DfT Bills and draft Bills

On 11 July 2007, as part of a wider opening up of Government to those to whom it is accountable, the Government published a Draft Legislative Programme for the next session of Parliament, outlining the Bills that it is currently planning to introduce in the 2007-08 session. 

The programme includes the Crossrail Hybrid Bill and the draft Local Transport Bill. 

The Draft Legislative Programme is available at http://www.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/reports/governance/index.asp where you can submit comments about the programme as a whole or any of the individual Bills included in the proposals.
